Our Dental Care Advantage Discount Plan can be easily added to any plan you choose for just $3 a month! The new Dental Care Advantage Discount Program gives you 20-55% savings on dental services when you visit a participating dentist, dental group or dental location, with:
- NO deductibles
- NO waiting periods
- NO annual maximums
- NO claim forms
- NO prior authorization required
The products and services described below are neither offered nor guaranteed under our contract with the Medicare program. In addition, they are not subject to the Medicare appeals process. Any disputes regarding these products and services may be subject to the Network Health Insurance Corporation grievance process.

- X-rays
- crowns
- dentures
- root canals
- oral surgery

Plus, the following additional discounts are automatically included in the Dental Care Advantage Discount Program at no extra charge to members:
- Vision care program: 20% discount on exams, frames, tints, lenses, anti-reflective coatings, progressive lenses, contact solutions and regular contact lenses.
- Chiropractic discount program: includes treatment for acute, chronic and preventative care with no charge for initial consultation, unlimited visits per member, 50% savings on diagnostics and x-rays and 30% savings on other services.
