Network PlatinumPlus, Network PlatinumPremier & NetworkCares are Medicare Advantage Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plans and NHP SelectChoice is a Medicare Advantage Private Fee-For-Service (PFFS) plan offered by Network Health Insurance Corporation, a Medicare Advantage organization that contracts with the federal government. To qualify, you must be entitled to Medicare Part A, be enrolled in Part B, be a resident of the service area and not have End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Members must continue to pay Medicare Part A, if applicable, and Part B premiums.
Network PlatinumPlus, Network PlatinumPremier, and NetworkCares are Medicare-approved Medicare Advantage - Prescription Drug Plans. If you enroll in Network PlatinumPlus, Network PlatinumPremier, or NetworkCares, you must receive your Medicare prescription drug benefit through the plan. Any Medicare prescription drug benefits shown are only available to plan members.
Network Health Insurance Corporation’s contract with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is renewed annually. Availability of coverage beyond the end of the current contract year is not guaranteed. |
